Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us at info@thequirkybeetle.com.au within 48 of receiving your order. You will need our confirmation to return an item for a refund before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and tracking is recommended as we will not be liable for lost items.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less shipping costs and merchant processing fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom frames, on sale items or gift cards.

On the very rare chance your product arrives broken or damaged please contact us at info@thequirkybeetle.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order to resolve the issue.
