Do you offer local pickup?
We certainly do! Please select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to pickup your order in store. Please note that your order will be ready for collection next business day and you can find the store opening hours HERE.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia
We offer flat rate shipping for our orders;
Standard shipping (2-8 business days) $13
Express shipping (1-5 business days) $17

International
Shipping rates are dependant on weight, and will increase with items added to your cart. Costs start at $25 AUD and go up from there.

We will not be responsible for any international import duties or taxes for your orders. Once orders have been dispatched, any additional import costs are the buyers responsibility. 

How are the products packaged for post?
All of our products are lovingly packaged in environmentally friendly materials. Fragile items and all frames are wrapped and placed in a sturdy mailing box to ensure no damage will occur to them in transit to you.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Australia
Orders are shipped within 4 days and once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email where you can track your order. Express Post orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days of dispatch and Standard Post orders usually between 2-8 business days. Once your order leaves our hands, we are unable to give you any more information than Auspost will provide with your tracking status.

International
Orders are shipped within 4 days and once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email where you can track your order. International order usually arrive within 8-28 days. Once your order leaves our hands, we are unable to give you any more information than Auspost will provide with your tracking status.

Do you ship outside of Australia?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
